1. Introduction

Welcome to 77cx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77cx website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features available at https://77cx.bio (the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the 77cx platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 77cx platform, including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or accessing any game, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

77cx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 77cx platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 77cx, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had a 77cx account that was suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

77cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on 77cx, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 77cx will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 77cx account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, email address, device identifier, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77cx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify 77cx immediately via the official support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77cx will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

77cx operates under internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks. As part of these obligations, 77cx may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 77cx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits made to your 77cx account:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 77cx does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are the sole responsibility of the player.
• 77cx is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.
• All deposits are subject to anti-fraud and AML screening. 77cx reserves the right to hold or return deposits that trigger compliance alerts pending further investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 77cx account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the identity information on your 77cx account. 77cx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Completion of KYC identity verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 77cx reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the account's deposit and betting history.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

77cx offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed using real-money bets on eligible games.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. 77cx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing promotional offers.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will be subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8. Betting Rules

All sports betting, casino game play, and instant game participation on 77cx is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77cx does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• 77cx reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Players will be notified and refunded the stake value of any voided bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game round, the decision of 77cx's trading or compliance team shall be final, subject to the platform's formal dispute resolution process.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and may be adjusted for individual accounts at 77cx's discretion.
• 77cx uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as stated in the individual game information panels.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77cx platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or to compromise the security of the 77cx platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your 77cx account on your behalf.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77cx platform — including but not limited to the 77cx brand name, logo, website design, game assets, text, graphics, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77cx or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of 77cx.

77cx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform.

11. Privacy & Data

77cx collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77cx will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Please contact support at the email address listed in Section 17 to exercise these rights.

12. Responsible Gaming

77cx is committed to responsible gaming. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cx and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party payment processor delays, or circumstances beyond 77cx's reasonable control.

77cx does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 77cx will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to notify affected players where practicable.

The total liability of 77cx to any individual player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Termination

You may close your 77cx account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

77cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In such cases, 77cx will provide written notice where legally permissible.

15. Amendments to These Terms

77cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77cx will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 77cx operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 77cx customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.
